使用方法 HOW TO USE

○　服用前请摇匀，日常保养每日1-3次，每次5ml，饭后服用。儿童服用剂量减半，或遵医嘱。

注意事项 ATTENTION

○　使用前应仔细阅读标签，请勿过量服用；

○　请勿将其放置在儿童可触及的地方；

○　请存放于避光、干燥、不高于25摄氏度处；

○　不能替代药品和均衡、多样的饮食和健康生活方式；

Dosage:

Shake well before use.

Take after food.

Therapeutic Dose: 1 tablespoon (10ml), 3-5 times daily

Daily maintenance: 1 teaspoon (5ml), 1-3 times daily

Preventative Dose: 1 teaspoon (5ml), 1-3 times daily

Children 2-6 years: 1/4 the recommended adult dose? | 6-12 years: 1/2 the recommended adult dose

For rectal complaints (haemorrhoids) use until resolved. For varicose veins continue for 4-6 months.

Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT): to help prevent during international flights take 5ml 3 times daily for a minimum of 3 days prior to flight. Repeat dose 3 times during the flight and 3 times daily for 2-3 after flight.

Witchhazel (Hamamelis virginiana cortex):? A powerful astringent herb that improves vascular tone.? It helps to relieve itching caused by haemorrhoids and speeds up the healing of varicose ulcers.? As an anti-inflammatory, it helps to reduce pain and swelling from varicose veins.
