使用方法 HOW TO USE

○　成年人每日2次，每次餐前20分钟服用10g，可混入水、牛奶、果汁及食物中搅拌均匀服用或遵医嘱。

注意事项 ATTENTION

○　使用前应仔细阅读标签，请勿过量服用；

○　请勿将其放置在儿童可触及的地方；

○　请存放于避光、干燥、不高于25摄氏度处；

Dosage:

Adults mix 4 rounded teaspoons (10gm) twice daily with a glass of water or fruit juice, stir well and consume immediately. Always follow this with a further glass of water or fruit juice.
 
After 1-2 weeks it should be possible to reduce the amount to 2 rounded teaspoons (5gm) daily.
 
Take 20 minutes before a meal.
 
Suitable for everyday use.

 
Serving size can be adjusted as required.

Warnings:

• Taking Lifestream Bowel Biotics without plenty of water could cause choking.

• Keep out of reach of children.

• If at any time you experience discomfort after taking Lifestream Bowel Biotics, reduce your serving size.

• If you are being treated for a medical condition, consult your doctor first before taking Lifestream Bowel Biotics.

• May contain traces of soy or milk products.

• Digestive enzymes function by breaking down specific chemical bonds in foods. In most cases digestive enzymes can therefore safely be taken with medications, however it is best to separate the medications and the enzyme supplement by more than 2 hours.

• Lifestream BowelBiotics  can be taken by pregnant and breastfeeding women. However, it is advisable to seek advice from your doctor on all aspects of nutrition whilst pregnant.

• One area of caution is with prescription blood thinning agents. If you are on this type of medication, you should consult with your healthcare practitioner before beginning an enzyme regimen.

• All protein digesting enzymes can irritate existing ulcers and should be avoided by those with stomach or intestinal ulcers.

• Always read the label and use only as directed. If symptoms persist see your healthcare professional.
