Dosage:

Add two to three scoops (included in container) to a warm bath to create a soothing, relaxing sensation. Soak for 20-30 minutes.

Initially you may experience extreme relaxation and even feel tired.

For a foot bath, add ? measuring scoop to warm water in a tub large enough to cover the tops of the toes and soak your feet 15-20 minutes.
