Because Kindervital is a liquid it is absorbed faster than tablets or chewy vitamins.
Kindervital is suitable for children from 3 years of age. It is also suitable for older people or those convalescing from illness.

Dosage:

Children over 3 years & Adults:  10mL 2 times a day preferably before meals.
